Farmer Amy's Raw Milk Iced Matcha

Ingredients
- (2 tsp) Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder
- (2 tbsp (may adjust to preferred sweetness)) Quart Maple Syrup
- (1 cup) Half Gallon Raw Milk
- (1 heaping spoonful) Raw Coconut Butter
- (Measure with your heart, I do about 1 tbsp) Vanilla Extract
- (1/4 cup) Warm Water
- (1 scoop) Collagen or Colostrum Powder
Directions
In a small blender cup add in matcha powder, maple syrup, vanilla, coconut butter, and water. Blend for about 30 seconds until combined and coconut butter has dissolved. Pour this mixture into a quart sized mason jar (or something similar) over ice.
Into the same blender at milk and if using, colostrum powder or collagen powder. Blend for a few seconds. (If you aren't adding any powder skip this step and just pour the milk over the matcha.)
I like to add in the powder, one for gut and skin health, but two it makes the milk FROTHY which is just amazing.
Pour milk into the matcha mix and ENJOY.
Also.. why coconut butter? It's a wonderful healthy fat, filled with lauric acid that is incredible for immunity support, and it adds a little island flair to the matcha that is just perfection.
