Creamy, spreadable cheese made from pasteurized milk and pro-biotic yogurt culture. A bit of salt added before being packaged in 8 ounce containers. Is great on crackers and bread. Can be used as an ingredient in cheese cake or other baked goods as you would a regular cream cheese.
